expected to complete a 12-year course in school education abroad by March 31, 2022.Or a person equivalent to these, designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or at the University, by individual admission qualification examinationThose who are recognized as having academic ability equal to or higher than those who have graduated from high
