Acting as teaching assistants to help with classes or as guides in extramural training programs, the students are able to have meaningful exchanges. Training at a tourism-related company is, therefore, important for understanding tourism from a broader perspective. They can apply the tenets of sports psychology to situations of nervousness during matches, or apply what they learn as part of training theory or sports nutrition to their day-to-day body building. A Confectionery Hygiene Master is a national qualification that certifies that a confectioner has the requisite skills and knowledge in this area. Over a period of three years, close to 50 original recipes produced by students have been featured. Students work as instructors in cooking classes for children, making Kanayamaji miso meatloaf burgers, and marketing the delicacies of Yuasa-cho from the perspective of young people.
